ACCtiv8 had a fantastic night at the Belfast Cookery School on Wed 16 Aug. Due to our club subsidy, members got the deal for just £20 (normal price £50)!
We made (and devoured!) Risotto of caramelised shallots, cheddar and bacon, Rump of beef, sauce au poivre, tomato, shallot and cress and Sticky toffee pudding and clotted cream (all washed down with some nice wine)
The Club now have some budding Master Chefs!
