In aid of NI Chest, Heart and Stroke Association
Spectators were treated to a footballing exhibition of epic proportions when the Plaza All-stars took on Universal Credit at Stormont pitches on Friday 27th July.2 late goals from the All Stars forced a penalty shoot out despite Universal credit bringing on their secret weapon and only sub Dee McMahon. However to his credit Dee did score the winning penalty and received the man of the match award for his efforts. After the game there was a disco in the pavilion complex where more movement was seen on the dance floor than on the pitch earlier. All in all the night was a great success and with the help of the Plaza Canteen Committee £1500 was raised for the chest heart and stroke charity, so a big well done to Christopher Nolan and the Plaza sports association for arranging such a great event for even greater cause
